Netball Summer League Season Concludes
The Netball Bermuda Summer League concluded at Bernard Park following a season of competition in the Women’s League and Coed League.
In the Women’s League, Devonshire Recreational Club won the league title after finishing first with 22 points.
Lady Stars and PHC Lady Zebras both finished on 15 points, with Lady Stars taking second place on goal difference [+26] and PHC Lady Zebras finishing third with a goal difference of [+10].
Devonshire Recreational Club’s Demiqua Daniels was named League MVP. Phoenix Blaze’s Danielle Raynor finished as the league’s top goal scorer with 68 goals, while teammate Krishay Tucker received the League Attacker award.
In the Coed League, Storm Chasers won the championship with 50 points. Allshores Ballers finished second with 33 points, and Bailey’s Bay Breezers placed third with 31 points.
Storm Chasers’ Antione Williams was named League MVP and Top Goal Shooter after scoring 190 goals during the season.
