Adam Driver Cast In New X-Men Film
Actor Adam Driver, who is married to Bermuda-born actress Joanne Tucker, has been cast in Marvel Studios’ upcoming X-Men film.
The casting was announced during Disney’s D23 2026 entertainment showcase, with Driver appearing in a recorded message to confirm he will play Nathaniel Milbury.
Entertainment publications including Deadline and Variety have identified the character as the villain Mister Sinister, while Disney’s official announcement referred to him as Nathaniel Milbury.
The currently untitled film will be directed by Jake Schreier and is scheduled to be released in cinemas in May 2028.
Driver joins a cast that includes Sadie Sink as Jean Grey, Kit Connor as Scott Summers, Christopher Abbott as Professor Charles Xavier, Samara Weaving as Emma Frost, Inde Navarrette as Rogue and Maya Boyd as Storm.
Driver is known for his work in the Star Wars sequel trilogy and received Academy Award nominations for his performances in BlacKkKlansman and Marriage Story.
His wife, Joanne Tucker, was born in Bermuda and is the granddaughter of Sir Henry Tucker, Bermuda’s first Government Leader. Driver and Tucker met while studying at Juilliard and were married in Bermuda in 2013.
