Adam Hall Scores Twice In Goldeyes Win
Bermudian baseball player Adam Hall scored twice as the Winnipeg Goldeyes defeated the Sioux Falls Canaries 9-6 in the American Association West yesterday [August 18].
Hall singled in the third inning before scoring on Keshawn Lynch’s two-run single.
The Bermudian shortstop singled again in the fourth and came home on Noah Marcelo’s double as the Goldeyes opened a 7-0 lead.
Marcelo homered twice and finished 5-for-6 with four RBIs and four runs scored for Winnipeg.
Sioux Falls cut the deficit to 8-6 before Marcelo hit his second home run in the eighth to complete the scoring.
