Photos: 2026 Annual Labour Day Banquet
The Labour Day Banquet was held last night [Sept 11] at the Hamilton Princess, featuring keynote remarks by Grammy Award-winning artist and former Belize Opposition Leader Shyne Barrow.
According to the event program, dinner music was provided by the Tino Martinez Quartet, while BIU research officer Marcus Wade introduced a special feature and treasurer Renee Jones introduced keynote speaker Dr Shyne Barrow. The programme also included a solo performance by Willard Burch and concluded with a vote of thanks from BIU president Chris Furbert.
