Sexual Assault: Man Appears In Court
This morning [Nov 9] a 43-year-old man, who cannot be named or pictured for legal reasons, appeared before Magistrate Archie Warner in Magistrates Court being charged with sexual assault of a female. The alleged incident occurred on October 20, 2010 in Devonshire.

Wow! can’t name and shame him for legal reasons but you let me know (picture and all) who ‘Boy Speedy” is because he went to court for doing 64km and when he was stopped he had a bag of weed in his pocket…..I would rather know who the rapist and molesters are then whose smoking weed….(Bernews this is not directed at you because I know you can only work with what you are allowed)
The names of the accused are witheld to protect the identity of the victim, not that of the defendant. My curiosity is a distant second to the right to privacy of the victim……
