January 26, 2011

The City of Hamilton today [Jan 26] reminded the general public that trenching work continues on Victoria Street in the parking lane.

The City of Hamilton thanks the public for their patience as they make these necessary road improvements.

I just wish they would even out the surface when they are through. Throughout the whole place especially the City the road surface has gone to the dogs, if its not ridge like then there’s a drop. Potholes seems to be becoming a norm as the asphalt is just dropped in the holes and the next time it rains we are back to square one. C of H and W & E come on please address these issues.

or maybe they should do it all at once..i worked for BSC 3 years ago and we dug that same trench and layed sewage pipes, telephone and electric pipes..when were quater way through it someone realized they made a mistake and we should have layed 24 inch sewage pipes instead of 10..and one of the bosses laughed and made jokes about how they will have to do it again in 2 to 3 years…get it done right the first time
