Santina GO HOME!!!!! Can’t believe that you are still doing this..Life is not always easy and you will always have obstacles to overcome…Suck it up!! It’s a part of life. You do have people that care about you.. Signed one of your old teachers.

  5. White Jesus says:

People! You never know why a person runs away from “home”. A house isn’t ‘always’ a home. No offense to you poster but “Suck it up” doesn’t seem like a fair or helpful thing to say at this moment. It completely denies and minimizes her experience.
Santina, please make known your whereabouts so that we can know that you are ok. And whatever you are going through I hope you can resolve it and be at peace with life’s hardships.

Thank you white jesus for saying that. I wish i would have had the courage to run from my abusive mother and step father, maybe something would have come of it and it would have stopped. Would have brought attention to what was going on.

Do NOT judge this girl until you experience her life through her eyes. There are a lot of things that go on behind closed doors people that you may not see. Just because you don’t see them DOES NOT mean they are not happening.

So sad that you experienced what you did…help is out there..maybe you where directed in the wrong direction when seeking help..like I mentioned to White Jesus you like him are entitled to your opinion as I am entitled to mine..your story and Santina’s may or may not have similarities…but I know for a fact what has been done and what has not been done to assist the young person in question….you still thinking about your past shows that you still have some unresolved issues. My advice to you is to seek some form of assistance there are agencies out there that can help you

        • agree says:

Still thinking about my past? Oh shut up! It haunts me. You make it seem like I and others abused have a choice whether or not it runs through our heads! Yeah I have “unresolved issues”, I was abused!!
Those aganecies you speak of, are not cheap, they cost hundreds an hour so don’t act like any person can seek help whenever they want for en extended period. Recovering from abuse can take years and years. Furthur, I did NOT ask for your advice.

Again, you make it seem like you live her life for her, thats very close minded. You do not see everything that she goes through. Clearly she ran for a REASON! Whatever it may be, she is not happy. She will probably do it again if her issues are not resolved.
Clearly you know nothing of abuse (no matter the form as there is not just physical abuse but verbal and mental) and what it does to people but I do. I also have a Bachelor Degree in Psychology centering around councelling so please do not comment on stuff you clearly know nothing about.

@ White Jesus having worked with both her and the family closely (she’s a former student) I can say “Suck it up”! If you knew why she has gone missing you would say the same thing..But as you have not had the experience of working with the family in the same capacity that I have than you are entitled to your opinion and I will respect that ..but in the meantime don’t knock me for expressing mine…
