Slideshow: Skateboarding On Front Street

The Urban Park Association in conjunction with The Booth, hosted a Skate day yesterday [Feb.19] on Front Street. The Booth laid out ramps for the budding young skateboarders, and despite the overcast and sometimes rainy weather, the young people all appeared to have a great time.       Yeah they should. Elbow pads, knee pads & gloves might not be a bad idea too.

      At least thay are not racing through traffic texting nor are they bothering anyone.

    Helmets are provided free of charge by The Booth, but you can’t force the kids to wear them.
