Sexual Assault: Two Men Charged
Two men, one 21 and the other 22, were remanded into custody this morning [Feb.28] after pleading not guilty to charges involving the sexual assault and deprivation of liberty of a girl between the ages of 14 – 16.
The younger man was charged with sexual assault and with deprivation of liberty with the charges stemming from incidents said to have occurred on 30th December 2011. The older man was charged with having unlawful carnal knowledge of a girl who was between the ages of 14 – 16. This incident said to have occurred on 31st December 2011.
Having posed the question: “What does the young lady do? Stay in her house and hide?” and following and rejecting submissions made by the two lawyers speaking for the men, the Magistrate ordered them to be remanded into custody until they come to trial on 1st June 2012.
Neither man can be named for legal reasons.

The sad truth is that many teenage girls are abused or manipulated by young men to satisfy their lustful needs. Parents need to look at their daughters and realize that they are getting involved with the wrong people at very young ages because they believe they are mature enough to deal with it. Obviously, I cant imply that this was the actual case in this situation, but it is happening every day. Watch your children, These little low life scumbags that we have running wild around here are just waiting for you to slip up.

While i agree with your sentiments here we must not forget to point out those fast little girls who’s bodies are older than their mentalities who may lead these same young men to do what they do. i will be remissed if i did not add that both of these scenrios are wrong and parents must take an active role in preventing both from happening.
You cannot lead anyone to do anything so stop making excuses! This happens more than it’s ever reported and these “men” know very well how old these girls are. They’d rather have a 14 year old than a grown woman their own age-ask yourself why. They are nothing but despicables.

I don’t care how “fast” these little girls may be nowdays, they are still CHILDREN! These adult men (and sometimes women) need to be held accountable. If they aren’t at the legal age of consent LEAVE THEM ALONE!
@ “mixed up” and “just sain” YOU ARE BOTH RIGHT! just as there are two sides to a coin there are two sides to stories such as this as well and having worked with teens and young adults I see BOTH sides! Whilst the young men should know better our young girls (who think thay are women) sometimes need to stop portraying what they aren’t..I have seen girls lie about their age and I have seen girls look much older than what they are..especially on “grub days” at school! I have seen 14 year old girls that could easily pass for 18, I have worked with young girls who will have sex for money so that they can buy an outfit!!!!As “just sain” said: “BOTH of these scenrios are wrong and parents must take an active role in preventing BOTH from happening”. I have also found that in some of these cases the girl/boy are WILLING participnats until someone finds out and than all of a sudden the story changes and “they’ve been wronged”. It’s unfortunate but it is happening and happening more than many might think! Fathers talk to your sons! Mothers talk to your daughters!!!
I agree, at the end of the day these girls are children and the men that go after them are disgusting pedophiles.
What if they lie about their age…….what then???
This is very sad….I feel for the minor in this case and also have privy information
and one off the 2 accused has nothing at all to do with this matter…how can the
DPP charge someone without any avidence or DNA….the positive for this young man
is he reads the word…..and yes I know the facts….Sad to see this type of thing happen
but maybe the persons that know the truth will tell it,its not to late!!!!!

Well, I just had a family memeber get off a similar to this and the girl end up tellign the TRUTH cause her parent cocahed her into saying tht he raped her. I say parents need to talk to their daughters and also guys need to start asking the age or ID cause some males are going before the courts on things tht are consensual sex between both partners. These little girls are making decisions tht thy arent sure about and thy need to have THE TALK with parents or someone to make sure thy are ready and with the RIGHT person. Real talk !!!!!!
