Molly Pilgrim Wins Youth Race In UK
Molly Pilgrim competed in the 1st Chard Wheelers Spring Circuit Race at Ilton in Somerset, England. Pilgrim, who attends Millfield School in the UK, won the Female Youth A Category race.
The race was raced in torrential rain, and used as a selection race for the Boys and Girls Cycling Teams for the South West England Region for the UK Schools Games, which will take place in May in London at several Olympic Venues.
Pilgrim has been selected for the team and will compete in the cycling events from May 7th to 9th, with the track racing on May 9th taking place in the London Olympic Velodrome.
