Man Denies Damaging Car, Escaping Custody
28-year-old Damien Martin appeared in Magistrates Court this morning [Oct 8] where he pleaded not guilty to multiple charges that included causing willful damage to a police car and escaping lawful custody. Mr Martin was remanded in custody, and will stand trial later this month.
