Day #1 Results: BCS IBM Club Championships

The BCS IBM Club Championships got underway at the Bermuda Squash Racquets Association Club in Devonshire last night [Nov 26].

In Men’s Division action Podge Browne defeated Dylan Pratt in four sets, Browne won the first set 11-7, he then won the second set 13-11, but Pratt fought back to won the third set 12-10, but Browne would close out the match winning the fourth set 11-7. Canty Corbin defeated Devrae Noel-Simmons in another four setter. Noel-Simmons won the first set 11-8, but Corbin bounced back to win the next three sets 11-4, 12-10, 13-11.

Isabel Munro won her Women’s Division match in straight sets defeating Madeleiene Rose 11-3, 11-3, 11-2, while Laura Robinson defeated Michelle Hodder in straight sets 11-7, 11-3, 11-2
