Bermuda Karting Club Trophy Race Day Results
The Bermuda Karting Federation held a Trophy Race Day sponsored by Cabral’s General Contracting Ltd at the Southside Moto Sports Park on Sunday [May 5].
Scott Barnes drove to victory twice in the TAG Senior Class, winning Heat 1 & 3, while Stephen Carrado won Heat 2, Carrado finished as a runner up to Barnes in the other two heats. Jason North finished 3rd in Heat 1 & 2, while Al Seymour Jr. finished third in Heat 3.
Barnes also won two heats in the 125cc Shifter Class, Shannon Caisey won Heat 1, before Barnes drove to victory in Heats 2 & 3, Carrado finishes as a runner up in Heat 1 & 2, while John Carreiro finished second in Heat 3.
Ryan Burgess won two of the three Heats in the Junior Stock Clone 7-10 years old Class, while D’Nico Durrant won the other. There was three different Heat winners in the Junior Stock Clone 10-15 years old Class, Blake Horseman won Heat 1, Owen DeCosta won Heat 2 and Zavier Smith won Heat 3.
