Four Men Attempt To Steal Jet Ski In Sandys
Four men in a small motorboat attempted — unsuccessfully — to steal a jet ski from the shoreline outside the Boaz Island Service Station in Sandys on Saturday, the police confirmed today.
A police spokesperson said, “Around 3:30pm on Saturday, June 22nd police officers responded to a report of an attempted Jet Ski theft in Sandys parish in the vicinity of RUBiS Boaz Island Service Station.
“It appears that four males in a small motorboat attempted to remove a Jet Ski from the shoreline outside the service station but were unsuccessful.
“The suspects then made good their escape via the small motorboat they arrived in. An initial search by marine police personnel did not locate the suspects; however, inquiries into this incident are ongoing.”
