Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Hernandez said, “It is an honor to have been named chairman of Orient-Express Hotels during such an exciting time of growth for the company. We have a strong foundation of unique assets and I am looking forward to working with my fellow directors to provide strategic counsel to John and his team as they execute on their long-term strategy to deliver value for investors.”
