45 Year Old Man Jailed For Stealing From Uncle

A 45-year-old man was this morning [Dec 17] sentenced to 60 days in prison followed by two years probation after admitting to stealing sunglasses and boots from his uncle.

Richard Dill told Senior Magistrate Archie Warner that: “Before I leave jail I need a place to stay.”

The Magistrate told Mr Dill that he could not fix that for him, but he was now assured of a place to stay for the sixty days.

Yesterday Mr Dill pleaded guilty to two counts of trespassing in his uncles Sandys Parish house. All charges related to between October and December.

On the first occasion, Dill admitted to stealing a pair of boots and a pair of sunglasses and dor the second incident, Dill denied that he had trespassed with the intent to steal but said that he had entered in search of food.

The Court heard that at the time of the offences, Mr Dill was on probation and had last been released from prison in April 2013.

    This guy is been going to jail since the 1980′s – he just needs to give up on
    trying to be a thief.- he’s problaby ate more Prison food than outside Food – and yes I have have tried to help him several times.
