Butterfield Bank January Share Repurchases
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, the Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Ltd. announced that during the month of January, 2014, the Bank purchased for Treasury 100,073 Common Shares at an average price of $1.497 per share. In addition, in January the Bank did not purchase for cancellation any 8% Preference Shares.
