  4. jusdiy says:

Or was it the wall that was speeding? Maybe it was driver error or car malfunction ed never know, glad the driver is OK

  5. It was Not speed !!!! Thank God nothing worse happened . Praying for you Pop …

  6. Micro says:

“Driver injured after driving car into wall” should be your headline.

  7. Agree says:

People are so stupid and insensitive to the feelings of others. Speed isn’t ALWAYS the cause of accidents!!! Anything could’ve happened to the driver whilst behind the wheel of that vehicle. Bermudians need to think before they speak f***

  8. la ro says:

To satisfy your need to know and to help take ya mind of stupid ville, the tire blew, causing the car to turn in to the wall! If you knew where it happen you can’t get up to speed in such a short distance

    • Triangle Drifter says:

A mechanical failure is a very rare & very understandable reason for losing control. Don’t be upset with people being cynical. We are so sick & tired of crashes, not accidents, being caused by human error. It is usually distraction caused by doing something other than paying attention to their driving or outright dangerous driving.

A tire blow out is not a good thing, especially a front tire. Never had that misfortune but have had one blow at 60mph. Lucky for me it was on a trailer I was pulling. At 70PSI it burst like a balloon. Tire bits everywhere.

  9. PBanks says:

That left front tyre in the second photo looks completely blown, to support Iaro’s previous statement.

I think people are just frustrated that we’re seeing so many collisions on a frequent basis, it makes us question if we’re just that bad at driving, the roads are that messed up or our vehicles are that poorly built/maintained.

In any event, first priority is the well-being of the driver.
