Man Denies Importing & Cultivating Cannabis
Appearing in Magistrates Court earlier this week, a 32 year old man denied importing and cultivating cannabis.
Aaron DeSilva pleaded not guilty to importing cannabis in January 2014 and to cultivating cannabis on the same date.
Senior Magistrate Archie Warner set trial for July 2014, and granted Mr DeSilva $10,000 bail but required a surety.
