Car Fire Extinguished On Verdmont Road
The Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service responded to a car fire at approximately 9.15pm this evening [June 23] on Verdmont Road in Smith’s.
Traffic was diverted as the police cordoned off a portion of the road, and once the blaze was fully extinguished, a tow truck removed the vehicle, allowing the road to be opened.
It appears the occupants were able to exit the vehicle without injury, however further details are limited at this time, and we will update if able.
