Photos/Video: Marcus Samuelsson Hosts Demo
Marcus Samuelsson offered his fans in Bermuda the opportunity to watch the celebrity chef cooking live at the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club on Friday [Sept 11], with two of the dishes from his new lunch menu being showcased.

During the child-friendly demo, Chef Samuelsson prepared the two meals with help from children in the audience and allowed attendees of the private event to enjoy a taste of his creative interpretations of traditional dishes.
All attendees received menu cards [PDF] of the dishes — Tomato Gazpacho and Fried Delta Catfish Sandwich — that were personally signed by Chef Samuelsson.
