A spokesperson said, “In 2005, George Tatem, put his 38 years of experience in glazing and glass installations into a business model. George Tatem decided to start AlumiGlas [Commercial Glass & Aluminum Co Ltd.], to provide clients with quality products and exceptional customer service.

“In 2015, we saw the inclusion of Steve Barber into the position of Managing Director, bringing with him 39 years of industry expertise having worked in Canada and Bermuda.

“The new location has given AlumiGlas the opportunity to provide retail space, and custom manufacturing increased employee training areas and much larger storage facility to provide greater service delivery.”

“Driven by the fundamental principle: ‘to provide exceptional residential and commercial glazing services,’ AlumiGlas launches a new era in glazing and glass installation in Bermuda.”

Mr. Tatem said, “This also allows us to be able to deliver on the customized demands of the Industry-Steve and I have over 75 years of combines experience in this business on island, and the goals are simple, to be the best provider and partner in the industry. “
