Court: 23-Year-Old Denies Firearms Charges
Appearing in the Supreme Court Monthly Arraignments, a 23-year-old man denied firearms charges.
Quincy Simmons, pleaded not guilty to two firearms charges; that between 2010 and May 2015, he unlawfully handled a firearm, and that in May 2015, he unlawfully possessed a firearm.
Simmons was ordered to re-appear at the November Supreme Court Monthly Arraignment when a trial date will be set.
