Trainee Police Motorcyclist Injured In Crash

A police motorcyclist taking part in the current police motorcycle training course crashed on South Road in Paget, sustaining a minor leg injury.

A police spokesperson said, “Around 10:30am today [March 20th] a police motorcyclist taking part in the current police motorcycle training course crashed on South Road in Paget.

“Initial information suggests that the incident occurred near the junction with Mission Road and that the officer involved sustained a minor leg injury which did not require hospital treatment.

“However, he was treated at the scene by attending ambulance personnel.

“The police motorcycle was the only vehicle involved and apparently sustained minor damage.”

    The officer was in TRAINING. Everyone gets in accidents. He did not strike another vehicle or property.
