St. Georges Cricket Club, Baileys Bay Cricket Club, St. David’s Cricket Club, and Flatt’s Victoria all recorded victories in this weekend’s Premier and First Division cricket action.
Premier Division
St. Georges Cricket Club Win by 13 Runs: St. Georges Cricket Club 153 Southampton Rangers 140
Batting first at the Southampton Oval, the St. George’s Cricket Club were bowled out for 153, Temiko Wilson was the top scorer with 32, while Dion Stovell was the pick of the Southampton Rangers bowlers with figures of 9-3-25-4.
In reply the Southampton Rangers were bowled out for 140, Janeiro Tucker was the top scorer with 36, while Onias Bascome was the pick of the St. George’s Cricket Club bowlers with figures of 9-2-30-2.

Baileys Bay Cricket Club Win by 9 Wickets: Somerset Cricket Club 50 Bailey’s Bay Cricket Club 54/1
At the Somerset Cricket Club, the host were bowled out for 50, Dalin Richardson was the only batsman in double figures with 10, Bailey’s Bay openers Zeko Burgess and Kyle Hodsoll did the damage, Burgess finished with figures of 10-1-17-5, while Hodsoll bowled 10-2-24-4.
In reply Bailey’s Bay would score 54/1, Coolidge Durham was the top scorer with 28, hitting 4 fours and 1 six in his 35 minute 25 ball stay at the crease, Micah Simons was the only Somerset Cricket Club bowler to claim a wicket returning figures of 4-0-29-1.
St. David’s Cricket Club Win by 1 Run: St. David’s Cricket Club 107 Western Stars 106
In a low scoring affair at the St. John’s Field the premier Division defending champions St. David’s Cricket Club pulled off a 1 run victory over Western Stars.
Batting first St. David’s Cricket Club were bowled out for 107, Ankona Cannioner was the top scorer with 35, while Rohan Davis was the pick of the Western Stars bowlers with figures of 9.2-0-36-6.
In reply Western Stars fell one run short when they were bowled out for 106. Justin Robinson was the top scorer with 24, Rudell Pitcher was the pick of the St. David’s Cricket Club bowlers with figures of 9-2-28-3.
First Division
Flatt’s Victoria Win by 36 Runs: Flatt’s Victoria 224 Devonshire Recreation Club 188
Flatt’s Victoria continue their march toward the Premier Division with this 36 run victory over the Devonshire Recreation Club at Lord’s in St. David’s.
Batting first Flatt’s Victoria scored 224, Regino Smith was the top scorer with 71, he hit 6 fours and a 6, while Reggie Baker added 51, Dennis Williams was the pick of the Devonshire Recreation Club bowlers with figures of 10-1-35-4.
In reply the Devonshire Recreation Club were bowled out for 188, Freeman Lema was the top scorer with 51, but Nelson Bascome would return figures of 8.1-1-30-4 to lead Flatt’s Victoria to victory.
