Bowlers, Minors, Famous, Smith, Hawley At CAC

Bermuda’s bowlers, Dage Minors, Sakari Famous, Tyler Smith and Erica Hawley were all in action at the Central American and Caribbean Games in Colombia.

The bowlers finished 7th competing in the Men’s Quintets Tournament. The five representing Bermuda were Damien Matthews, David Maycock, Lamar Richardson, Levinc Samuels and Rickai Binns. The Quintets bowled a 5999, they finished 667 pins behind winners Puerto Rico who had 6666 pins.

Dage Minors competed in the men’s 1500m race, crossing the line 9th with a time of 4:10.63, while Sakari Famous finished 11th in the Women’s High Jump.

Tyler Smith lined up in the CAC Games Men Triathlon, finishing 6th in a time of 1:59:57, while Erica Hawley clocked a time of 2:17:41 to finish in 6th place during the Women’s Triathlon.
