Court: Man Pleads Guilty To Burglary Charges

A 45-year-old man pleaded guilty to burglary related charges in Magistrates Court.
Leon Fough was charged with trespassing with an attempt to steal at a Warwick home. He was also accused of similar offenses at an Ord Road, Warwick residence earlier this month, when he was found with possessing equipment for use in burglaries, namely screwdrivers and black gloves.
Mr Fough was caught in the master bedroom at the Ord Road home by police after receiving a 911 phone call. There was also CCTV footage of him from the October offense at the other Warwick residence where he was dressed all in black.
He is scheduled to appear in court later this week.
