Elan Daley Breaks More Records In Canada
Elan Daley recently competed at the Ontario Junior International 18 and Under Short Course Meet hosted by Swim Ontario at the Pan Am Pool in Scarborough, Canada.
During the competition, Daley broke three Girls 13-14 Bermuda Age Group and Bermuda Open Records that she previously held.
During the Girls 200m Freestyle final, Daley clocked a time of 1:58.79, finishing in fourth place.
Daley finished in fifth place competing in the Girls 50 Freestyle final, clocking 25.69 to break her own record.
She earned the silver medal during the Girls 100m Freestyle in a record breaking time of 54.87, and also broke the Girls 13-14 Bermuda Age Group Record in the 50m Breaststroke on her way to winning the B Final by clocking 33.06.
Additionally, Daley and her teammates broke the Girls 13/14 Age Group Canadian National Relay record during the 400m Medley Relay for the second year in a row; Daley anchored the team that touched the wall in a time of 54.61.
