Video: Kane Crichlow Scores Impressive Goal
Bermudian footballer Kane Crichlow scored a very impressive goal as Dagenham & Redbridge defeated Waltham Abbey 3-0 in their Emirates FA Cup second qualifying round replay.
Crichlow came close to opening the scoring during the first half when the Waltham Abbey goalkeeper spilled the ball into his path, but his effort was cleared off the line.
The Bermudian broke the deadlock five minutes before half-time when his inswinging corner evaded everyone in the penalty area and went directly into the net.
Dagenham remained 1-0 ahead until stoppage time, when Crichlow delivered a cross into the area that was diverted into the Waltham Abbey net by a defender.
Noah Coppin then added Dagenham’s third goal to complete the 3-0 victory.
The result sends Dagenham & Redbridge through to the Emirates FA Cup third qualifying round, where they will travel to Brentwood Town.
