Praise to the graduates and to Bermuda Hospitals Board who are sponsoring the education of the staff. This is the type of news we like to see. Now let’s encourage the men to become nurses’ aides – we need their strength for a lot of the patients.

Let’s also not tease the guys who want to help. Men must feel accepted in order to participate, and we CAN support them! There are several male nurses already, who are great role models, professionals, from all walks of life. The same can be achieved by our young men.
