Playing in the Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Division 2 Tournament in Dubai, Bermuda went down by 43 runs to Papua New Guinea in their opening game. Final score: Papua New Guinea 231/9 Bermuda 188. Bermuda were bowled all out for 188, with Dion Stovell the top scorer with 42, while Chris Foggo scored 41 and Irving Romaine scored 31.
