Accident: Corner of Court & Dundonald Street

(Updated) At approximately 4pm this afternoon [May 30] there was an accident involving a truck and motorcycle at the corner of Court and Dundonald Street.

Emergency personnel attended the scene, and an ambulance appeared to have taken one of the persons involved in the accident away for additional medical treatment. We will update as able with official information.

Update: A Police statement:

Around 4pm on Monday, Police and first responders attended a reported road traffic collision resulting in injury at the junction of Court Street and Dundonald Street in Pembroke involving a motorcycle and a truck.

Details about how the collision occurred are unclear at this time; however the motorcycle rider was injured and taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment. There were traffic delays in the area as a result. Inquiries are underway.
