Ms. Wolfe said, “In less than two hours, I was transported to a totally amazing country. I could stay here indefinitely. This will not be our last trip, in fact, following my birth of my baby Bermuda may very well be our first trip.”

Somewhat fits into the current debate on agy rights and same sex marriage as she recently came out in the media as a lesbian and is having a baby with her female partner. Congratulations Jenna and please return often. Please tell your NBC Today show co-hosts about Bermuda and get them to visit too. I know Ann Curry and Willard Scott like Bermuda aswell.

    • You know how stupid you sound and even stupider if there is such a word, the woman is pregnant and I could care less if she has a female partner, but I can assure you that sperm did not come from no ****, she had to go to a sperm bank or a male partner.

So the thought of you and your kind thinking you can fight for civil unions and or marriage is utter stupidity. maybe to much damn education is what makes you people ignorant.

Duane, you sir, hit the nail on the head.

      • media says:

Sorry I must have touched a nerve. I am not somebody that is a proponent of gay marriage or even civil unions, just someone who respects everyones equal rights in society, which at long last was secured in Parliament on Friday. As adults we all understand the biology of having a child which makes her story all the more interesting, as reported on all major US media. I am sorry there are those here that find the thought too much to even mention. Bermuda has a long way to go.

        • Wow this just get’s batter, will you be joining the others that come out harsh and then walk back with their tail between the legs, just in case you are being sincere I will offer you a suggestion.

Mr. Pettingill made a comment about my kind of people and kool aid, maybe you all need to join forces and be on the first flight to Britain, they tell me the Kool aid in first class is off the chain, you know the chain they use to use for my kind of people.

Referring to my initial comments as “harsh” would indicate to me that you must be easily offended. If that offends you I’m not sure you would make it the real world outside of Bermuda.

  3. swing voter says:

wow I adore Jenna….kool chick grew up in Jamaica…hate the way NBC relegated her from leading host to just reading the news on weekends. Glad she got the lead….and ignore the foolish personal comments by ‘media’ …. IDIOT

  4. Honestly says:

#Swing voter I agree with your comments. I love her free spirit she tries any and everything. Love you,Jenna! Much success with the birth of your baby!

  5. media says:

Excuse me. My comments were based on her statement to the media when she “came out” in a very public manner. As you can see from my comments above I have nothing against her at all, in fact what I said was positive. You obviously have issues…

    • swing voter says:

I may have issues, but you’re still an idiot and my issues can be overcome LOL…..fact is your comments were unnecessary….the f#@kin article wasn’t about her personal preference …. but YOU chose to make it a conversation piece…typically Bdian…..IDIOT

      • media says:

She clearly doesn’t have an issue with it. I have heard her being interviewed at length about it on NBC. It is clearly not something she is trying to hide. It is an interesting aspect of who she is as a public figure and bringing it up was not to offend her or anyone else for that matter, but just to enlighten others. We do seem to live in an intolerant place don’t we.

  6. Raymond Ray says:

Ms. Wolfe please find sympathy in your heart towards them who’ve missed the subject and went on writing about somethings that has nothing to do with tourism and the plight we all here on the Island are facing whether they know it or not :-(
