    Selfish B@st@rd!

    • Teacher Teacher says:

I agree, that driver is the lowest of the low! I at least hope that this driver at least has a conscience an finally goes to the police.

If not, do not ask the court, or the court of public opinion for leniency when the police arrest you. There is always evidence after a crash and they WILL get you.

      Do the right thing.

That’s just terrible and disgusting, I sure hope someone got the car license number. So glad the rider n passenger are ok.

  3. Truth is killin' me... says:

The full weight of the law should come down hard on people that leave accident scenes! Especially when someone is injured. I’ll be watching to see what the Police will do once the culprit is caught. Dispicable!!

  4. Franklin jr says:

As far as I’m aware they still don’t even have the hit and run guy from a couple weeks ago. C’mon Bermuda… the island isn’t that big, and the car damage should be obvious! Turn these guys in

  5. Um Jus Sayin' says:

To those hit and run drivers, I hope that the same doesn’t happen to you or someone you love and care about. Because you will go to the ends of the earth searching for that person. But remember, WHAT GOES AROUND…..COMES AROUND!

  6. Mark says:

Isn’t there CCTV on Middle Road that can be checked. Couldn’t been that much traffic out there at 4am.

  7. Telling it like it is says:

I don’t think people realize just how horrific the destruction caused by this hit and run driver truly was.
Both boys were left seriously damaged and in excruciating pain. For the driver, life may continue on as if nothing happened but not for these two young men. For the driver of the car, this may be just a blip on the radar on his/her road of life but for these boys, this is a life-time event – with the scars, the many operations to come and the terrific pain always being there to serve as a constant reminder. For a person to cause such an accident and not even slow down (or even notify 911 anonomously – from what I understand one of the wounded had to call) boggles my mind. Call it whatever you want – but I will call it as I see it – attempted murder. A car is a weapon and if you know that you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc., or are using a cell phone or falling asleep after a long night of partying, then you are willingly and knowingly using that weapon to perhaps hurt, maime or even kill someone. What else can you call it? What always bothers me in cases like this is that the one who willingly took the chance that he/she may hurt or kill someone walks away from the incident scott-free while the innocent have to suffer the results of someone else’s selfish decision. Please don’t say that the driver may be suffering in his or her own way. That perhaps he/she is suffering with pangs of guilt, remorse, etc. because if this person WAS in fact capable of such a thing, he/she would have stayed at the scene or even called 911. Did you know that the driver never even SLOWED DOWN not even after impact? Actions speak louder than words. In addition, I shudder every time I hear that the boys had an ACCIDENT. This was no accident. The driver was aware of his/her condition when he/she turned the key in the ignition thereby willingly and knowingly making the decision and taking the chance that perhaps by the end of the night, he/she may become a killer.
