Nahki Wells Aiming For 30 Goals This Season

Bermudian striker Nahki Wells is aiming to improve on his showing last season, which saw him lead all scorers for Bradford City with 26 goals.

He has scored in both pre-season friendlies so far, with Bradford set to start their season in League One after being promoted following their success last season.

Wells told the Telgraph & Argus: “Last season was a high standard but I always try and look to repeat what I’ve done before. I’m still young and want to keep growing as a player.

“I set the target for 25 last season and reached that, so I’m definitely going for 30 this year. Anything’s possible. I’ve got off to a good start and, knock on wood, I’m injury free. I see no reason why I can’t reach 30.”
