Charity Beach Bash Features Local Entertainers
The Family Centre has partnered with the Fairmont Southampton for their 4th Annual Beach Bash fundraising event on Friday, October 4th at the Fairmont Southampton Ocean Club.
The ocean will be the backdrop for a line up of local performers including the Kennel Boys, Andrew Chamberlain, Sheila Smith, BONES, James Richardson, Rockfire Productions, and Mia Chambray.

Guests will enjoy a complimentary welcome Goslings drink or Ashley’s Lemonade and a beach style barbecue, and will also have the opportunity to win great raffle prizes and participate in a silent auction, and the organisers said the items are “bigger and more extravagant.”
Executive Director, Martha Dismont said: “Without the generous support of community partnerships and sponsors, this event could not be done. The support received from Fairmont Southampton, title sponsor Mike Collins, Gold Level sponsors Aspen, Gosling’s, and World Currencies demonstrates their commitment to community and their confidence in Family Centre services.”
Mrs. Dismont adds, “This event has become a favorite because it brings so many people together in a relaxing environment that celebrates the unique beauty of Bermuda and raises funds to assist children.
“We are now helping hundreds of families to overcome major setbacks and build strong positive futures for their children. Family Centre provided support to more than 600 families in 2012. The funds raised at the Beach Bash have become an essential part of making that possible.”

David Skinner, Chief Financial Officer of Aspen explains, “Aspen is proud to play a part in sponsoring the Family Centre’s annual Beach Bash.
