57-Yr-Old Man Denies Assaulting His Wife
A 57-year-old man appeared in Magistrates Court this morning [Oct 4] where he denied assaulting his wife.
Gaven Black was granted $5,000 bail, required to provide a surety, and was told to return to Magistrate’s Court in November for trial.
This happened after he pleaded not guilty to a charge of unlawfully assaulting his wife at their Paget residence earlier this month, after it was alleged that she had come into their residence and found him in a compromising situation with another woman.
