Motorcyclist Injured After Colliding With Wall
A 50 year old St George’s man was injured yesterday [Jan 13] when his motorcycle collided with a wall on North Shore Road in Smiths.
A police spokesperson said, “Around 11:50pm on Monday, January 13th first responders were dispatched to a reported single vehicle motorcycle collision on North Shore Road in Smith’s parish near the junction with Jennings Road.
“It appears that the motorcycle was being ridden along North Shore Road when it collided with a wall. The rider, a 50 year old St. George’s man, was injured and taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment. At last check he was to be admitted for further medical assessment.
“Inquiries into this collision are ongoing and any witnesses are encouraged to contact PC Tavoris Douglas on the main police telephone number 295-0011.”
