In order to put a human face on the island’s new Acute Care Wing, the Bermuda Hosptials Board [BHB] has released a series of videos that include open discussions with people close to the project, including its lead engineer, the BHB President and CEO, the project manager, and others.

The Acute Care Wing is currently very close to completion and opening, with the BHB offering tours of the facility in advance of it beginning to serve the public.

Travis Burland of Bermuda Engineering, who served as the Chief Engineer and LEED [Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design] Liason for the project, spoke about the project’s environmental aims in a video titled “Going for Green.”
