Watlington Waterworks Directorate Change
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Watlington Waterworks Ltd. announced that at the Annual General Meeting held on 05 June, 2014, Mr. Barry Hanson informed the Board that he would not be standing for re-election.
Ms. Zoë Hanson was subsequently appointed replace Mr. Barry Hanson on the Board of Directors with immediate effect.
