A 37-year-old man appeared in Magistrates Court this morning [Dec 29] where he was sentenced to 60 days in jail for stealing money from his father on Boxing Day. Southampton resident Ernest Damon Smith, 37, was sent to jail for 60 days for stealing $502 from his father on 26th December 2014.
