Court: 28-Year-Old Man Fined $800 For Dogs
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Dec 8], a 28-year-old man was fined $800 for keeping pitbulls without a licence.
Mr Quan-Marley Lowe was fined after pleaded guilty that, without a licence, he kept a male and a female pitbull at his Southampton residence.
The Court head that in March 2015, the Dog Warden had executed a search warrant at Mr Lowe’s residence where they found the two dogs.
Mr Lowe told the Magistrate that the dogs were “not bad dogs.”
