BFRS Extinguish Brush Fire In Warwick

At approximately 2:49pm today [Feb 16] the Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service responded to a report of a brush fire on Lusher Hill in Warwick.

Fire Service spokesperson Sergeant Russann Francis said, “We responded to an area of brush approximately 60′ X 30′ that was producing heavy smoke. The Fire Service responded to the incident with a team of 4 firefighters who rapidly extinguished the fire. There were no injuries as a result of the fire.”

      *sigh* couldn’t you just stop at saying ‘they’re good guys’. By saying fire are the real good guys of all the services, are the other services bad guys? NOT real good guys? are you denigrating police? regiment? education? I think they are all the real good guys – all heroes.
