Court: 38-Year-Old Denies Assaulting Woman

Appearing in Magistrates Court, a 38-year-old man was granted bail after he denied assaulting a woman.

Dennis Simmons denied that he had assaulted a woman in July 2016.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo set Simmons’ trial for  September, granted bail at $5,000, and ordered that Simmons have no contact whatsoever with the complainant.
