Friends Of Hospice’s ‘Hearts, Hats & High Tea’
Friends of Hospice will hold its Hearts, Hats and High Tea event on Saturday, February 24 from 2.00pm to 5.00pm at Windows on the Sound in the Fairmont Southampton.
A spokesperson said, “Friends of Hospice invite you to join them for their annual Hearts, Hats and High Tea event on Saturday, February 24th from 2pm until 5pm at the Fairmont Southampton’s Windows on the Sound.
“The tea includes dainty sandwiches and petit fours, live entertainment by Tony Bari and Gita Blakeney-Saltus, door prizes, and, of course, a hat contest where there will be prizes for the most marvelous, natural and unique hat.
“There will also be a prize for the best men’s hat. This year will see the introduction of a new form of entertainment not to be missed.”

Organizer Nicky Gurret said, “As the charity arm of Agape House, the island’s only inpatient facility for the terminally ill, all proceeds from the Tea will directly benefit the hospice and the patients and their families who they serve.”
“A.S. Coopers has offered a 20% discount on regular priced hats for anyone attending the tea. Guests can show their Hats, Hearts, & High Tea ticket to receive the discount.
“Tickets are $75 per person and must be purchased by Wednesday February 21st at 3pm.
