Photos: Caroline Bay Holds Celebration
A rooftop wetting ceremony, of sorts, was held at Caroline Bay last month serving as “a ceremony toasting for the workers.”
A spokesperson said, “The wetting wasn’t the traditional rooftop one, however it was more of a ceremony toasting for the workers.
“The rooftop wetting was more so a ceremonial celebration in the sales gallery; weather did not permit anyone on the roof with a bottle of rum.”
