One Advises Of Service Interruption Next Week
One Communications advises the public of interruptions to service from Monday, April 16 to Wednesday, April 18 between the hours of 12 midnight and 6.00am, affecting the western part of the island from Southampton [Pompano] to Dockyard.
A spokesperson said, “From Monday April 16 to Wednesday April 18, One Communications will be performing an emergency relocation of a section of its FibreWire network.
“The work being completed is due to electrical poles being moved for the new Morgan’s Point entrance. Interruptions will affect customers in Southampton [Pompano area] westward toward Dockyard.
“To minimize disruption, the work will be conducted over the three days between the hours of 12 midnight and 6am.”
