Woman Treated & Discharged After Car Crash
A 33-year-old woman was transported to hospital via ambulance for “treatment of relatively minor injuries” and later discharged after a car crash on St. John’s Road in Pembroke.
A police spokesperson said, “Around 12:15am today [June 19th] police, Bermuda Fire & Rescue Service and ambulance personnel attended a reported single vehicle car crash on St. John’s Road in Pembroke.
“It appears that a 33-year-old Pembroke woman was driving a car along St. John’s Road near Travellers Lane when it overturned after striking the kerb and a low wall.
“The driver was transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment of relatively minor injuries and later discharged.
“However the vehicle and wall involved were damaged. Any witnesses are asked to call the main police telephone number 295-0011.”
