Ageing And Disability Walk-In & Intake Hours
Effective December 1st, the Ageing and Disability Services office will implement set walk-in and intake hours to “improve client access and efficiency,” the Ministry of Health has advised.
A Government spokesperson said, “The Ministry of Health advises that effective 1st December 2018, the Ageing and Disability Services office will implement set walk-in and intake hours to improve client access and efficiency.
“From 1st December 2018, walk-in and intake visits will be seen by a Case Manager between 10am and 1pm, Monday to Friday. This will enable clients to be assured that Case Managers will be onsite during their visit and able to see them with a reduced wait time. Visitors outside of the set times will be able to leave a message and their calls will be returned at the earliest opportunity.
“The Ministry of Health thanks the public for its patience as ADS transitions to this new system. We look forward to providing a more accessible and efficient service to our clients and their families.”
