The Home-Grown Alternatives Show is being today [Dec 1] at St. Paul’s Christian Centre on Middle Road in Paget, with vendors offering people a chance to get an early start on their Christmas shopping, while buying locally made products.
According to the event flyer, the event will feature over 25 vendors including the Bermuda Charm, Sweet Tease/ A Millision Stiches, It’s A Wrap, Drawebridge Industries, Carla Marquardt, Bermy treats, Charles Henry, One Love Designs, Dale Butler, Bermuda Native Drinks, Diana Fearis, Dianna Corday and Gladys MacIntyre, Butterfli, Heidi Cowen, Joan Forbes, Inricacies and Unique Perspectives, Seamist Design, Robin Marirea, Cafe, Sandra Pacheco, Aroma Fragrances, Sharon Wilson, CJ DesignsTwisted Creations, Nakid, Vivian Yearwood, Dockyard Glassworks & Bermuda Run Cake. Fantastic! Bermuda should come together to have a giant weekly market (food and goods home grown). I think this is a wonderful idea not only for Christmas.
